The General-Secretary of the Brazilian Federal Government presented its platform for public engagement Participa.br, and announced the “Hackathon das OSCs - Maratona Hacker das Organizações da Sociedade Civil” (Hacker Marathon for Civil Societies Organizations). The event will try to gather programmers, designers, civil societies organizations members and creative folks to promote development of projects aiming to strengthen those organizations and their partnerships with the State.

Registrations are open up to May, 14. 40 participants will be selected, that may have their trips paid, according to the rules. More info at: http://www.participa.br/osc
