Wow, I can’t believe that it's been months since I visited this blog. It’s mostly because a lot has happened since I started posted here. I just read my previous post about wanting to create software because I was afraid that I was losing too much hair from spending too much time in analyzing and thinking. I was clearly thinking too much and it sometimes happen to me that I feel I am no longer logical. Well, whether or not I made sense at that time, we all worry about losing hair.
But, what I am not worried about is losing weight. Since the start of the year, it has been my resolve to shed off some pounds after the hobnobbing during the Holidays. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy that part of the year very much but it usually takes a toll on me especially when I overeat and gain an extra pound here, there and everywhere. I would tend to think that I can always lose these extras anytime after but that’s not usually the case because it’s easier to gain those unwanted fat than lose them. I know it sucks sometimes but that’s reality. So I researched and bumped into a few fitness sites and some blogs like Trim Nutrition. Reading through these stuff online is going to help me jumpstart my path to wellness and prepare me for better years ahead. I will still enjoy the best part of the year every year only this time, I will be smarter in taking care of those extras.
