FISL presented projects from beginner enterpreneurs

Created for those who have an enterprise, idea or project and need support to get into the market, InvestForum was one of the main attractions Friday (May, 9), at the International Free Software Forum. Enterpreneurs had an opportunity to present their ideas of softwares or hardwares which must necessarily be open/free software. The proposals were pre-evaluated by a team of partners and investors.

- We know there are many teams with great ideas. One of the novelties is that, besides presenting ideas, we want to qualify and teach people, showing for example, how to approach important issues and how to make a presentation to investors, explained InvestForum Coordinator, Gisele Oliveira.

Vanessa Parisi has an education project. She wants to make electronic lists of students calls for teachers. Her aim is to better avoid errors, and ease the life of a teacher.

- I presented a project of digital presence call, taking in account that some teachers have more than 30 call lists, and many errors occur. They know there is a lot of opportunities with mobiles devices, for eample. It is only necessary to develop the idea, said Vanessa Parisi.

Director of Outsource Brazil, one of the investor companies present in the event, Robert Janssen showed success cases to enterpreneurs and stressed the importance of persistence as a factor to qualify many professionals.

- I want to congratulate you all. It is positive that we maintain the idea that no one of us is more able than we all together. As a message, I'd say it is necessary to fight for our dreams, and persist. Nothing gets done from night to day. There will be obstacles in the way, but they can't make us give up, he said.
