Last saturday (April, 26), one more edition of the Festival Latino-americano de Instalação de Software Livre (FLISOL) took place. The community was again reunited in many cities in Latin America to celebrate this large and decentralized event of Free Software and knowledge freedom.

FLISOL 2014 had a special taste because it was the 10th edition. To mark the date, the motto was created: "10 years installing freedom".

In Brazil FLISOL took 79 cities, 27 for the first time, like in Vitoria da Conquista, BA, Jandaia do Sul (PR), Paracatu (MG), Cascavel (PR) and Niterói (RJ). Four veteran cities participated in all 10 editions of FLISOL:  Brasilia (DF), Florianópolis (SC), Fortaleza (CE) and Goiânia (GO).

During FISL15 there will happen the community meeting of FLISOL organizers. The goal is to exchange experiences and planning actions to increase the number of cities in 2015.
